- We are one of the only local salons that use a GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, color line. We can cater to allergies as well with a PPD free color and/or an Ammonia free option.

At Volition, we understand that sometimes unexpected events occur.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice so that we may offer the appointment to another client on our waiting list. Should you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, a 50% charge of your total booked service will be applied. Any appointments canceled within 8 hours of your appointment time will incur a 95% charge.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen and we kindly request that you give us a call as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience for other clients. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 95% of your service fee.
We appreciate your understanding that we are a small business and that we need to have this policy to respect our staff and other clients on the waiting list.
